2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Coversy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Service Description

Coversy provides AI-powered tools to help you create resumes, cover letters, and practice mock interviews. Features may change over time, and we may add, modify, or remove features as we improve the product.

4. AI-Generated Content

Coversy uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions and content. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific situation. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and validating any output before using it, including in job applications or interviews.

5. Your Content

You remain the owner of the resumes, cover letters, job descriptions, interview answers, and other content you upload to Coversy ("User Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and use User Content solely to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Coversy, including by attempting to break security, scraping or automating access without permission, or using the service to generate or share unlawful, harmful, discriminatory, or abusive content.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled via your account settings. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable, though we may offer goodwill refunds at our discretion.

8. Disclaimers

Coversy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that using Coversy will result in interviews, job offers, or any specific outcome.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deploya and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from or in connection with your use of Coversy.

10. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice through the product or by email where possible. If you continue using Coversy after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.
